Contact Absence Memo

IMPORTANT ACCOUNCEMENT: The Absence Memo Office will NOT be used during the 2020-2021 academic year. 

The Absence Memo Office/process will NOT be used during the 2020 – 2021 academic year.  Instead, students will be responsible for reporting directly to their instructors the reasons for all absences including but not limited to not limited to personal illness, COVID-related illness, a requirement that they isolate or quarantine, or the need to care for a family member who is ill due to COVID.  

Students who utilized the services of the Absence Memo Office prior to the 2020 – 2021 academic year and would like to obtain a copy of documentation they submitted to the Absence Memo Office may send their request by email at AbsenceMemo@CofC.edu.  Responses to requested information will be processed in approximately five business days and sent directly to the student’s CofC Gmail.
